REBUILD AIRFIELD PRIMARY SCHOOL
We completed the building of the Airfield School March 25th!. We built an integrated structure of three buildings, eight classrooms, an administrative building that includes a head teacher office, a common room for teachers, a library (now we need books!), a storage room and complete toilet system with septic tank (no running water). We also provided a water harvesting system since there is no running water available in this area.and imbedded a conduit system in preparation for electricity.

CLEAN WATER FOR BFSC
A borehole was drilled finally in March and the children and teachers of the Bishop Forson School Complex are grateful to have clean water readily available. Many thanks to our generous supporters and to Maxin Gowen and Brian MacDonald for providing a matching grant to kick things off!
A new septic system and toilets are in the final stages thanks to the the Danish government and the availablility of this water.

Pagus:Africa's mission is to strengthen poor rural communities in Ghana, West Africa through targeted projects in education, health, and poverty reduction. We believe the most effective ways to facilitate long term sustainable change is through education of children and through direct help and advice to local responsible non-profit organizations. We seek to empower communities to improve their schools, water sources, and health conditions. 100% of donated funds go directly to our projects - no salaries or rents are deducted.
